Some patrons may have reservations about making online purchases for fear that their personal information would be vulnerable to fraud. For this reason, Stankin Studio uses PayPal to ensure the security of your financial and personal information. If you have concerns about the privacy of your personal information, Stankin Studio maintains a strict policy of neither renting, selling, nor in any way disclosing the personal information provided by our customers for any purpose other than the fulfillment of purchases and our communications to you. Secure Online Transactions· PayPal is used for online purchasing with Stankin Studio. PayPal provides security, privacy and transaction risk management solutions for businesses and consumers to minimize risk and maximize opportunity over the Internet. Financial and Personal Information· All credit card and electronic check purchases will be handled by PayPal. Stankin Studio will not have access to that information. All purchases will be shipped to a verified address that you the consumer, provide to PayPal. This is for the protection of the Card Holder and Stankin Studio in preventing fraudulent transactions. You will also be contacted via telephone by one of our representatives to confirm your order. We strive to make you shopping experience with us a safe and enjoyable one. Your personal information (address and email) is held in the highest confidence and is never given or sold to third parties. We will send occasional emails to keep you informed of promotions unless you have requested us to do otherwise. All credit card and bank transactions are processed through PayPal. You do not have to be a member of PayPal to use their services and there will be not extra charges to you when making online purchases.

Please provide a street address for shipping as we cannot ship to PO boxes. All orders are processed and shipped using US Postal Service. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Next day and Second Day service is also available for an additional charge upon request. Shipping charges will include all handling, Insurance costs and Signature Request charges. If you have special shipping requests, other than address changes, please call us and we will try to accommodate your request. We do not ship Internationally at this time.

Cancellation Policy(Return to top)

Should you wish to cancel an order, please give us a call at 1-727-741-0850. If possible state the reason. Or you can send an email to stankin@stankinstudio.com with "Please Cancel" in the subject line. If we process the order without written notification of Cancellation, it will be considered a valid sale and subject to our terms as outlined on this page including a 20% restocking fees and return shipping costs.

Damaged items must be reported the same day of receipt to gain insured compensation. If merchandise arrives damaged save the merchandise AND the original box and packing that it arrived in, notify Stankin Studio and US Postal Service immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of the damaged merchandise. Non damaged returns must be reported within 2 days of receipt for a full credit towards the purchase of another item, less shipping charges. It is the customers responsibility to pay for return shipping and any applicable insurance costs unless the return is the result of an error on our part. Refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee, less shipping charges. Return the item in its original packaging and original box along with a copy of your Sales Receipt and any other documentation that you received. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Custom Orders (Return to top)

You may place custom orders for any item available. A custom order is designed to your specifications. Please note that custom orders maybe priced slightly higher than the displayed prices on the site. All work is handcrafted. Handcrafted artwork will include subtle differences, even when a design is reproduced. Please allow for these slight variations, as no two pieces will ever be identical. The usual time involved in reproducing an item is three to six weeks. Please do not hesitate to call 1-727-741-0850 or send an email if you want more information on custom orders. Custom orders are not returnable unless the piece arrives damaged.
